Development of an AI Platform for BBN AI Studio
I provided strategic AI consulting and hands-on development for BBN International's AI Studio platform. My role was to separate genuine innovation from hype, guide product portfolio decisions, and build production-ready agentic use cases using LangGraph and LangSmith. I implemented multiple end-to-end prototypes, often going from concept to deployed solution within just a few days.
Beyond building, I managed the entire lifecycle, from requirements engineering and stakeholder alignment to cloud deployment and production monitoring. Working directly with client stakeholders freed up the leadership team's schedule while ensuring that every solution was practical, maintainable, and delivered real value. The platform now powers a variety of AI-driven marketing and content workflows for BBN's global B2B client base.
