Transforming Manual Document Workflows with Google Cloud Document AI
I led the development of intelligent document automation solutions for clients in banking and insurance. Using Google Cloud Document AI, I built systems that automate classification, entity extraction, and scanning of complex financial documents, from loan applications to insurance claims. These solutions achieved up to 80% faster processing compared to traditional manual methods, significantly reducing human error and operational overhead.
The approach replaced slow, error-prone manual workflows with high-accuracy AI pipelines that integrate seamlessly into existing systems via APIs and event-driven Cloud Functions. For highly regulated industries, this meant not just speed but also improved compliance and auditability.
